GRAFO_D_V47_RUN

Base:
- SQLite canonical database only.
- No secondary persistent database.
- DATABASE/GRAFO_D_DATABASE.sqlite remains the single source of truth.

Confirmed behavior:
- API ingest writes to SQLite.
- API sensor is backend-driven, not only visual.
- New graph creates only the graph/container.
- New graph does not fabricate timeline events.
- Empty graphs are visible in the sidebar/render.
- Empty graphs have zero temporal components.
- Delete selected performs physical transactional deletion.
- Graph deletion removes graph, events, associated API registry traces, API ingest logs, and UI references.
